A brief walk on our walking trail (in good weather) to emphasize the value of exercise in reducing the risk of getting type 2 Diabetes.

Presentation for students about:

Students will have an opportunity to ask questions.

Students will gain access to:

  • The Historic Farmhouse of the Bantings
  • The Historic Driveshed (in good weather)
  • The Legacy Walking Trail around the Homestead (in good weather)
